Reservations Agent

We are currently looking for passionate and dynamic guest-focused income earners who provide exceptional customer service and pride themselves on delivering creative solutions to students.

 As a Reservations Representative, you are responsible for maintaining effective communication on all reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, and your roles include key responsibilities such as:

• Process and confirm guest room reservations made by customers by phone, letter or fax • Enter all reservations into the computer

 Participate in questions, complaints and requests regarding all notification records and reservations

• Stay up to date with Hotel Power and all comprehensive programs and get all room reservations, rates, confirmations, hotel amenities

etc.

The system of compiling all correspondence and reports as required by the Reservation Manager or Supervisor

• Promote and maintain good public relations and strive to maximize business
• Always maintain correct room status
• Make sure all incoming calls are answered according to Rotana standards, information received by fax and constantly checking incoming emails
• Organize visa request for hotel guest according to hotel policy and upsell when an opportunity is identified

Education, Qualifications and Experiences

 You must have a diploma/degree in hospitality and previous experience in hotel reservations. While you must be a computer literate with excellent communication connectivity, written and spoken English proficiency, additional language is an asset.
