We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Partnership Coordinator you are responsible to handle all the administrative requirements of the Rotana Rewards/Partnership department whereby your role involves assistance in developing new business partnerships and alliances and growing existing partnership relationships and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
• Assist with sourcing leads, prospecting, presentations, offers, and obtaining final agreements
• Assist with development of new partnerships and alliances
• Stay knowledgeable and updated of trends in the marketplace and the competition.
• Handle all aspects of partner airlines Frequent Flyer Programmes (FFPs)
• Enhance the partnership by liaising with partner representatives
• Create and develop promotions to increase the number of members stayed in our properties
• IT supervision of Frequent Flyer Programmes
• Liaise with the sales offices and properties ensuring Rotana obligations for each FFPs communication schedule is met
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a college diploma and relevant previous work experiences. Good computer skills and perfect command of English is a must and any other language skills will be an asset.

The ideal candidate will be courteous, able to work with minimal supervision, be discreet and capable of dealing with high level of confidentiality. You are self motivated and with a positive attitude, the ability to think laterally and undertake initiatives, along with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.
