We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Yardman you are responsible to maintain and keep the property and premises clean and free of debris to ensure smooth and effective daily operations and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
•Ensure to sweep all the areas like the lobby entrance, entrance driveway and car park, entrance corridor, smoking area, colleague entrance, beside security hotel car park and court yard daily
•Turn in all lost and found articles to housekeeping office immediately
•Advise Superiors of any repairs or maintenance work required
•Ensure cleaning equipment is clean, well maintain and properly stored
•Ensure to sweep the lobby entrance and balcony terrace in all restaurant outlets
•Clean and scrub floor balcony, spiral staircase, loading area and car parks as scheduled
•Ensure to strictly follow the weekly task
•Empty waste bin in all assigned areas
•Pick up any litter from corridors and pathways
•Adhere to safety regulation and participate in continuous training programs
•Assist in implementing emergency procedures when requested
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally be having a high school qualification with previous related and a good command of English is essential.
Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be self motivated with a hands-on and flexible approach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events. You are pro-active and reliable and will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to details and should possess following competencies:
