We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As an Area Director of Sales you are responsible for coordinating internal and external sales activities for a specific region. The role is to assist assigned hotels in the planning and execution of hotel’s sales to optimize market share and realize overall objectives and will include key responsibilities such as:
• Coordinate international sales & marketing activities with Director of Sales - Travel & Trade and outbound sales offices
• Assist the members of the sales team and other departments in securing business for all revenue generating departments
• Ensure that pricing strategy and structure is maintained and followed by all concerned
• Coordinate local sales activities with Director of Sales and coordinate joint promotional activities and projects with other areas or outbound sales offices
• Develop, lead and direct the marketing programs and activities of the area in cooperation with the Marketing Team
• Review regularly together with the Directors of Sales all reports and use them as basis for developing strategies to address current and anticipated future market conditions
• Actively monitor progress on meeting key objectives, strategies and revenues as set out in the hotel marketing plans
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should be holding a bachelor degree in sales with minimum three years post graduate work experiences whereby revenue management knowledge and new business acquisition experiences are an advantage. You must be a computer literate with excellent presentation skills and effective and outstanding communication skills, written and oral with proficiency in English and preferable Arabic.
