Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Data Analysis Manager, you are responsible to identify business trends, needs, opportunities and risks by generating, reviewing and submitting accurate analytical reports for the National Sales Office under the general guidance of the Director of Sales and will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Extract and analyse data in order to draw viable / actionable business conclusions
  • Standardise and implement sales reporting across all UAE Hotels
  • Create and implement SOP and training manual for all sales performance reporting
  • Monitor and analyze hotel montly Sales Performance Reporting
  • Support BI implementation across UAE
  • Provide analysis to the Sales Leaders and National Sales Office team
  • Support the MICE and Global Sales Office teams with relevant data extraction and report preparation when needed
  • Inform and update the Sales team on all relevant information in a timely manner
  • Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports as defined by the Area Director of Sales / Director of Sales, including and not limited to year on year comparison against the account target, account production by minor segments, account production per hotel, industry production per hotel, revenue per hotel, etc.
  • Update the database on a regular basis ensuring accuracy at all times and be familiar with Rotana Online, Rotana Rewards and other related programmes
  • Ensure confidentiality for all Sales correspondence and account information
  • Liaise with the Sales Coordinator by updating and extracting information from Opera and Vision for mailings, e.g sending out the contracts, etc

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be holding preferably a degree in sales & marketing and minimum two years post graduate work experiences in a similar position. Good computer skills and a perfect command of English is a must.
