We are looking for a seasoned F&B professional to take on the position of Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage in our luxurious 5-star award-winning city resort located in one of the premier locations in central Abu Dhabi. With traditional Arabian hospitality, luxury and comfort held high, Beach Rotana offers the perfect environment for passionate experts in the field of Food & Beverage.

The talent who will represent the role of Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage will be comfortable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ready to lead the grand Food & Beverage inventory of 12 dining destinations including:

The hotel features 12 banqueting rooms, large outdoor venues facing the waterside and two ballrooms with capacity of up to 1,100 guests.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a degree in hospitality management or a related field from an accredited college or university with preferable previous experiences in the same role or with fundamental hotel operation background within a similar market segments. You must be a good computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

The ideal candidate will be a leader who is naturally hands on, with an on-site management style, good relationship building skills and the ability to prioritize and make effective decisions.
