We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Facility professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Facilities Manager for Park Residence by Rotana and Park Offices you are responsible for the overall facility management and actively market the property to maximize occupancy level at rentals based on the pre agreement between the management and the owner, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
•Conduct up to date market survey / analysis on rents and advise the management accordingly
•Receive and analyze all rental enquiries and communicate / coordinate the same with the management to reach best deals up to the owner and management satisfaction
•Prepare all tenancy contract based on the company standard agreements and liaise directly with the tenant to ensure their signature on the agreement
•Review all tenancy contracts and ensure tenants compliance to the signed terms and conditions
•Report any violence / abuse immediately to the management for further necessary actions
•Obtain all necessary legal documentation from the tenant and ensure proper filling system for future reference
•Trace all tenancy contracts due to expire and discuss the renewal possibilities with the management to agree upon any changes to be considered prior communicating the same to the tenant.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a degree in business management or administration and minimum two years previous experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must.

You have the ability to think laterally and have strong social skills and a presence, enabling you to interact and deal with tenants effectively.
