Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Office - Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will handle all front office duties with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of hotel procedures and policies
- Attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
