We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Commis III you are responsible for the daily mis-en-place and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
•Maintain the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standards in your Kitchen section
•Achieve the highest degree in applied hygiene and food safety as per the ADFCA, HACCP guidelines to ensure that the food served to the Guest is of highest quality and standard
•Support directly the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation and take full responsibilities of your section and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor
•Ensure food prepared is according to the set menu speciafications (pictures or/and portions) thus maintaining high standards set by the Outlet Chef
•Organize your section according to the plan deviced by the Outlet Chef, in order to ensure smooth operation
•Practice economy of inventory items to ensure supplies and minimizes cost avoiding wastage and spoilages
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a professional chefs training course and previous experience in a quality establishment with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate in English and a proven track of food preparation, preservation knowledge is an essential.

The ideal candidate will be positively spirited and passionate about food and be committed to work together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experiences every time.
