Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Finance professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions, among other high achieving goals.

TAROT - The Accelerated Refinement Of Talent - is a fast track development programme in which you will be trained over a period of 18 months with progressive growth opportunities. It will give you the chance to ‘create your own deck’ and choose from options that best suit your learning style. As a TAROT Participant in the Finance Department you will fulfil duties and responsibilities such as:

• Actively seek for learning opportunities and assignments, consistent with the Development Plan
• Take full advantage of the mentoring, feedback, training and assignment opportunities provided
• Develop and expand upon a network of contacts within the property and the company
• Maintain effective communication with the Department Head, Mentor and Corporate Vice President
• Complete assigned projects in due time
• Provide on a timely basis all the necessary reports

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have a Diploma, Bachelor or Masters Degree in Finance/Hospitality Management with a strong passion for Finance. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM and SUN System an asset.

The ideal candidate will be result oriented, self motivated and with a positive attitude. You have the ability to think laterally and have strong social skills and a presence, enabling you to interact and deal with colleagues effectively.
