Operations Manager - Arabic Speaker (Private Residence)

Job Description

We are currently seeking for enthusiastic and committed individuals with exceptional communication skills that pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions.

As an Operations Manager (Private Residence), you are responsible to manage the day to day operation of the private residence to ensure efficient coordination and smooth integration of all activities.

 Key responsibilities will include:

  •  Oversee the entire operations of the private residence with particular focus on Housekeeping, Security, F&B Service, Kitchen
  • Implement and maintain standards in the residence according to owner’s requirements.
  • Leading from the front, liaise with section in-charge on the smooth running of the residence and ensure teams are empowered to play their part
  • Oversee the hiring and training of Housekeeping and F&B service colleagues
  • Manage the functions of all personnel through supervision of section in-charge
  • Participate in conducting daily inspections and ensure property facilities are kept in optimal condition by liaising with the Maintenance team and as directed by owner
  • Establish and maintain effective internal communications to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity with all colleagues
  • Monitor budgeting and handle administration of household expenses
  • Maintain full overview of all property activities including event planning, organizing and coordination

 

 

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have significant experience in an operational leadership role from within the hospitality or service sector, ideally with palace or five star hotel experience.  You must be computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Due to the scope of the role female Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred. This roles requires someone with meticulous attention to detail and the highest level of service and standards.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate will be a leader who is naturally hands on, with an on-site management style, good relationship building skills and the ability to prioritize and make effective decisions. Ideally you are a dynamic and entrepreneurial manager who invigorates and motivates the operation with confidence and style, while possessing following additional competencies:
