Recreation - Beach Club Coordinator

We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self motivated Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a Beach & Kids Club Coordinator you are responsible for creating innovative activities for adults and kids, utilizing all the facilities within the club to make sure that the guest stay would become a memorable one, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Create a daily / weekly / monthly activity plan for adults and children utilizing all facilities within the club
•  Develop and promote group fitness schedule
•  Work closely with group fitness instructors to maintain highest level of service quality
•  Update fitness class schedule as needed and communicate it to all members on time
•  Create and maintain fitness information board
• Understand and know the club rules and regulations 
• Understand the operations of the club administrative areas e.g. membership processing, duty roster for employees, micros, club policies for all areas 
• Ensure that the set-up of the kids club is proper and as per the standards at all times 
• Control and supervise all employees and ensure that they have received adequate training to perform their duties 
• Maximize secretary's skill for any administrative /posters / display for the kids club 
• Maintain concise records of all recreation items in the kids club. 
•  Initiate, promote and run children's summer, winter and Easter camps and other children's activities as required
•  Oversee the operation of the children's kids club

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a diploma / degree in the sports / leisure field with previous experiences in the Recreation Department, preferably in a five star international hotel. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and positively contribute to sales activities along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer knowledge is a must.
