Sales - Corporate Director of Global Sales

Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Corporate Director of Global Sales, you are responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships and revenues of key accounts and Outbound Sales Offices across the company and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Actively monitor progress on meeting key objectives, strategies and revenues as set out in the key account sales plans.
• Develop sales strategies pertaining to new potential markets / segments as required
• Coordinate key account sales activities with Area, Hotel and OSO Director of Sales
• Coordinate joint promotional/Sales activities with Area Sales Offices and OSO’s
• Develop Rotana companywide action plans for all key accounts
• Seek marketing/sponsorship and partnership opportunities with key accounts where relevant
• Provide the necessary strategies and guidelines for OSO’s to focus on area specifics required to achieve key account sales plans
• Recommend to CVP - Sales any opportunities to increase revenues for the hotels
• Assist in the Annual Budget Planning process setting targets and goals
• Prepare a monthly report of the key accounts production and sales activities in co-ordination with the sales team members responsible for those accounts
• Prepare monthly report for all OSO activities and room night/revenue production
• Oversee the planning, set targets and monitor the performance of the OSO’s
• Oversee all sales trips and activities of the OSO’s
• Develop a strategic plan for the expansion of the OSO network into new markets with strong potential for Rotana
• Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities to achieve plan goals
• Develop cross-selling platform to maximize business across the company
• Maximise relationships with Airlines for crew contracts, Tourist Boards, Convention Bureau’s to develop international business
• Assist CVP - Sales identify sources of international Group and MICE business
• Identifie and assist in the development of new markets
• Analyse and assess sales production vs. targets and set long term sales plans accordingly

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be holding a bachelor degree in sales and minimum three years work experiences whereby revenue management knowledge and new business acquisition experiences are an advantage. You must be a computer literate with excellent presentation skills and effective and outstanding communication skills, written and oral with proficiency in English and preferable Arabic.
