We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales & Revenue professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Sales Manager – Outbound Sales Office – UK you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales – UK and in coordination with the Corporate Director of Sales – OSO, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
• Drive all activities to maximize sales and ensure office budget objectives are achieved
• Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotels through direct sales and all mediums of written communications
• Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts, managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity
• Formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondences (where applicable)
• Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with the properties
• Provide feedback to the Director of Sales on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and mail within your market areas
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
Your status should allow you to legally work in the United Kingdom. You should be holding a bachelor degree in sales and minimum three years work experiences whereby revenue management knowledge and new business acquisition experiences are an advantage. You should be having good knowledge of the UK travel industry and willing to travel throughout the UK to drive the business. Excellent presentation skills and good computer knowledge are essentials.
