Chief Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Chief Accountant to oversee all financial activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare budget forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Supervise and train accounting staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
