Job Description


Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team for our upcoming pre-opening phase. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the smooth operation of food preparation and service. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high food quality standards and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in planning and organizing the daily operations of the kitchen section.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate food preparation.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the established recipes and quality standards, ensuring that presentation and taste are exceptional.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of food items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner, minimizing delays and ensuring a smooth flow in the kitchen.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas and suggestions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations, continuously improving your culinary skills and knowledge.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a pre-opening setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability effectively and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
