Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets expectations.
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services.
- Monitor and order supplies and equipment needed for housekeeping duties.
- Maintain records of staff attendance and performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
