We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Housekeeping Driver you are responsible for daily assigned duties within the linen room as instructed by Superiors while adhering to hotel policies and procedures and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
•Checking the housekeeping vehicle on daily basis before and after duty for handover
•Pick up of dirty linen from the pantries and deliver it to the laundry department in a timely fashion to ensure smooth operation of room cleaning
•Pick up the fresh linen from the laundry department and deliver it to all housekeeping pantries in a timely fashion to ensure smooth operation of room cleaning
•Deliver Housekeeping items requested by the Guest in a timely fashion in order to guarantee Guest satisfaction such as extra bed, baby cot, extra blanket and extra amenities
•Pick up of guest supplies and water bottles from the stores and place them in Housekeeping pantries and ensuring that a minimum stock level is maintained
•Arrange linen in pantries as per Housekeeping standards to maintain the quality and
cleanliness of the linen
•Clean and maintain all linen stores
•Clean and maintain the extra bed and baby cot stores
•Deep cleaning for all the housekeeping stores ones a month
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a vocational training in the hospitality field with previous experiences in the Front Office / Transportation field. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and need to be a holder of a valid local Driving License and be well versed with the country traffic laws.
Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, young minded individual with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with a hands-on and flexible approach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events. You are reliable and will thrive working in a busy environment & stay calm under pressure, and should possess following competencies:
