Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team at the Onyx Residences by Rotana. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for our residents and visitors. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, provide as needed
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for residents
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a prompt and friendly manner
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain and update resident and visitor records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and faxing
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including monitoring and issuing access cards to residents and visitors
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma equivalent Previous experience in a customer role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in residential is a plus
