What is TAROT?

Are you an ambitious graduate seeking a fast-track hospitality management career? Join Rotana's Management Trainee Programme, The Accelerated Refinement of Talent (TAROT), designed to develop future leaders in the rapidly expanding hospitality industry.

TAROT offers a 12-month trainee program that covers all essential areas for a future managerial role. You'll gain hands-on experience through four developmental quarters, followed by property rotations and special projects. Successful participants will receive a Rotana diploma and a leadership role within Rotana, based on availability.

Ideal candidates should possess:

A Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with a minimum of 3 years of continuous studies and at least 1 year of practical skills and experience (during studies)
Strong command of the English language (written & spoken)
Age preferably between 23-28 years
Flexibility with location
Confidence, enthusiasm, and passion for the hospitality industry
Plans to pursue a long-term career with Rotana

The TAROT program includes:

Scorecards for quarterly progress evaluation
Off-job training and department familiarization
Competencies development and assessments
E-books and projects for continuous learning
Operational involvement, mentoring, and property rotations
Personalized career and development plan (CPDP) upon completion
