Assistant Director of Food & Beverage (For 3 Properties at Capital Centre Abu Dhabi)

• We are currently seeking for ambitious, dynamic, self motivated Food & Beverage professionals who assist to organize and direct a team that develops top quality of food & beverage products with prompt, accurate and personalized service.
  
  As a Complex Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for three Rotana properties at Capital Centre Abu Dhabi, you are responsible to assist the Director of Food & Beverage for the short and long term planning and the management of the food & beverage operations in the front and heart of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Monitor guest feedback in relation to service, products and promotions and review according with the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Oversee all the training activities of the Food & Beverage Department in conjunction with the Learning & Development Department
• Review and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets for all the Food & Beverage outlets in the complex and monitor according to the budgets established
  Keep abreast of competitive trends, new products and the legislation requirements.
• Assist in leading and managing the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Division in the complex ensuring all service standards are followed.
• Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Drive innovative promotions, menus and concepts.
• Assist with development, implementation and management of the department's marketing plan and budget.
• Prepare P&L analysis of all promotions.
• Control food and beverage costs to maximize profits
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department and participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
• Assist in preparation of F&B budget & preparation of monthly forecast.
• Recruit, interview and train team members.
• Review appraisals of key department staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Hands-on support for all outlets and F&B operations in the complex.
• Resolve customer complaints, as appropriate, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be a college / university degree graduate with a minimum of two years experiences in a similar role. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English. Arabic Language is a plus.
