We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self motivated Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward.
As a Hotel Animator you are responsible to organize and carry out all sports and leisure activities in the resort ensuring every hotel guest' stay will become a memorable experience. Under the guidance of the Director of Leisure your role will include key responsibilities such as:
• Perform all daytime outdoor activities (e.g. Aerobic exercise, Yoga, morning stretching, group activities, Aqua gym, Volleyball, team building) in accordance with the agreed animation schedule
• Organize evening entertainments in Hotel Restaurants and outdoor areas (e.g. Bingo, Karaoke, Quiz, Group interactions, evening event show)
•Create a dynamic, warm, welcome and a friendly atmosphere and encourage guests to join the hotel activities
•Assist and participate to promotional events or to other Hotel activities when required (e.g. Halloween Party, UAE National Day, Easter Brunch, NYE Gala, Earth Hour)
•Assist the guests with any information related to the resort areas and facilities
•Assist Kids Club Attendants on the outdoor and indoor kids’ activities during the weekend
•Communicate guests’ feedback on the entertainment activities and other related enquiries to the Director of Leisure
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have previous work experiences within the hospitality sector. Good written and verbal English communication skills are required. Russian language skills are of added advantage. Strong interpersonal abilities are essentials.
Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be customer driven with excellent guest service skills and the ability to motivate guests. You are a confident, positive, smiley individual with a sportive, outgoing and approachable character. You are a great team player, who thrives in working with a multi-cultural team and guests alike, while possessing following additional competencies:
