Job Description
We are currently seeking for young, dynamic, self-motivated Sales & Revenue professionals who can assist us to provide support, advice and expertise with the aim of maximizing value and to develop the quality of the sales and revenue requirements for all Rotana hotels and brands.
As a Revenue Analysis Manager, you are in charge of all revenue systems and tools used by hotels to optimize revenue such as revenue management system, data analytics, forecast, pricing and inventory management
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- RMS administrator in charge of deploying new hotels and overseeing existing ones
- Primary contact for tools used by hotels such as STR, Rate shopping, BI and all internal tools and reports.
- Audit hotels on systems and tools on weekly and monthly basis
- Develop new analysis that will help hotels to make strategic decisions
- Data collection and reports for corporate team
- In charge of new joiners induction and management trainee development
- Assist in special corporate projects
- Research for new solutions and revenue products
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experience in a similar role for minimum two years within the Reservations / Revenue Department of a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong financial, analytical and auditing skills are essential. Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera is a must.
