As our Specialty Outlet Manager, you will be the heartbeat of Trader Vic's, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering excellence.
- Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Guest Experience: Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels pampered and delighted.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic planning.
Skills
-Minimum 5 years leading a high-volume, luxury restaurant or bar operation in the Middle East/GCC region.
-A minimum certification or extensive understanding of Mixology and Cocktail trends worldwide.
-Strong understanding of local regulations and cultural nuances.
-Able to navigate very different and complex Customers Mix situations.
-Operational Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining top-notch food and beverage service standards.
-Active and dynamic personality, sports and competition lover.
-Cultural Ambassador: Deep appreciation for Polynesian culture and commitment to delivering an authentic experience while showcasing respect for local customs and values.
-Community Connector: Strong desire to build relationships and further establish the restaurant into the Abu Dhabi community, embracing local events and initiatives.
-Continuous Learner: Always willing to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies, especially relevant developments within the UAE hospitality scene.
-Developed and executed comprehensive Marketing plans, identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
