Barista

Job Summary: We are currently a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at Onyxjaan and Residences by Rotana in Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing exceptional customer.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking their orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, teas, smoothies, and speciality drinks.
- Ensure the proper brewing and preparation techniques are followed to maintain the highest quality standards.

- Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new beverage recipes, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or a similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, coffee beans, and their characteristics.
- Familiarity with operating coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional experience to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in high- detail and the ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
