Food & Beverage - Waiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Food & Beverage Waiter to join our team at Onyx Arjaan and Residences by Rotana in Bahrain. As a member of the F&B team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests and guide them through dining, making menu recommendations and taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized section, ensuring that tables are properly and for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly
- Upsell additional food and beverage items, such as desserts or specialty drinks, to enhance the overall guest experience
- guest payments and process transactions accurately and securely
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment at all times

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role in the F&B industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, the customer service
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and the ability to make knowledgeable recommendations to guests
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced to part a collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members
- Basic math skills the handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the demands of the business.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Ability to multitask and work multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
- Attention to detail in taking and delivering accurate orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well a fellow wait staff, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet service standards.
- Conflict resolution skills to address customer complaints or issues, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.
