Job Description


Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Executive at Onyx Residences by Rotana, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Residence's front desk activities. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer to guests, assisting with long-term tenants, handling tenants' inquiries and requests, and maintaining an organized welcoming front desk area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, create a positive first impression, and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay
- Handle guest check-ins and check efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation of personal and payment details
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and services available
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests, such as room service, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Maintain the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Keep a record of room and guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines
- Process payments and maintain a cash float, ensuring accuracy in transactions
- Assist in the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of hotel, services, and promotions to effectively assist guests

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hotel industry is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
