Job Description


Job Summary:
We are currently a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance - General Cashier/Paymaster to join our team at Onyx Arjaan and Residence by Rotana in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently the financial transactions, cash handling, and payroll functions of the hotel.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including cash handling, banking, and petty cash management.
- Reconcile and balance daily cash collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare cash and credit card reports, maintain accurate records, and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage the payroll process, including the accurate and timely calculation and distribution of salaries, allowances, and benefits.
-ate other departments to identify and resolve any financial issues or discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the overall financial performance of the hotel by implementing cost control measures and identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Finance or Cashier role within the hospitality industry- Proficient knowledge of financial systems and software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills in the data.
- Excellent attention to detail and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal.
