Job Summary:
As a Recreation - Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals in the recreation area by closely monitoring the pool activities and providing assistance when needed.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervising swimmers to ensure their safety at all times.
2. Enforcing rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
3. Responding quickly to emergencies and providing first aid and CPR as needed.
4. Monitoring pool chemicals and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
5. Providing excellent customer service to all guests and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Valid lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
2. Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety procedures.
3. Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods and perform rescues when necessary.
