Recreation Supervisor

Job Summary:
As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating recreational activities and programs within a specified facility. You will ensure the smooth operation of recreational facilities, manage staff, and plan engaging activities for guests or community members.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement recreational programs and activities to meet the needs and interests of guests or community members.
- Coordinate and supervise staff involved in recreational activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain recreation facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs, making adjustments as necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote recreational activities and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the recreation or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of recreational programming, safety protocols, and facility maintenance.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional service to guests or community members.
