Kitchen - Oriental Chef

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Oriental Chef to join our kitchen team. The Oriental Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes inspired by Oriental cuisine, ensuring high-quality and delicious meals for our customers.

Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare and cook a wide range of Oriental dishes, following traditional recipes and creating new dishes.
2. Ensure food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized.
3. Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed.
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menu items.
5. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
6. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Oriental cuisine.
2. In-depth knowledge of Oriental cooking techniques and ingredients.
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
