Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our AR team in managing and overseeing the accounts receivable processes. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and resolving any discrepancies.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team to ensure appropriate invoicing procedures are followed
- Oversee the collection process and ensure timely payments from clients
- Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce outstanding balances
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Provide guidance and training to the accounts receivable team on best practices and company policies

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience working in accounts receivable or similar role
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
