Director of Rooms

Summary:
The Director of Rooms at Amman Rotana will be responsible for overseeing all rooms-related areas, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Recreation, and more. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position with reputable hotel companies of a similar size and will have a solid track record of managing housekeeping operations and Front Office.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee and manage all rooms-related areas, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Recreation.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained in all rooms areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service to guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Director of Rooms position with reputable hotel companies.
- Strong track record of managing housekeeping operations and Front Office.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
