Duty Engineer

Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Duty Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The Duty Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment, responding to emergencies, and managing a team of technicians.

Job Responsibility:
1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems.
2. Respond promptly to all maintenance requests and emergencies.
3. Troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement solutions.
4. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
5. Supervise the work of technicians and other maintenance staff.
6. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs for future reference.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Duty Engineer or similar role.
2. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and in emergency situations.
5. Leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Certification or degree in Engineering or a related field.
