Executive Housekeeper

Summary:
As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests or residents.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the facility or property.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support housekeeping activities.
- Handle guest or resident complaints and requests promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations in all cleaning activities.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Certification or training in housekeeping or related field is a plus.
