Housekeeping Supervisor

Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the establishment.

Job Responsibility:
- Train, supervise, and manage a team of housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with maintenance department for any repairs or maintenance needed
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle guest complaints and requests regarding housekeeping services
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems efficiently
- Certification in housekeeping or a related field is a plus
