Summary:
The IT Officer is responsible for managing the organization's information technology infrastructure, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the security and functionality of all IT systems.
Job Responsibility:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor the performance of IT systems and proactively address any concerns.
- Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Manage IT projects and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
