Laundry Manager

Summary:
The Laundry Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of laundry operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining inventory.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and manage a team of laundry staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all laundry processes are carried out efficiently and according to company standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and garment care.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep abreast of new laundry technologies and trends to improve operations and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in laundry operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
