Reservation Agent

Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with their booking needs and queries. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing information about services and products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist customers in making reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding reservations and services.
- Provide customers with information on policies, procedures, and available services.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and booking software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
