Sales Coordinator

Summary:
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Job Responsibility:
1. Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.
3. Maintain sales records and update the CRM system with relevant information.
4. Respond to client inquiries and provide after-sales support.
5. Schedule sales meetings, prepare presentation materials, and take meeting minutes when necessary.
6. Assist in market research and identifying potential sales opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
