Spa Manager

Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our spa operations, including managing staff, developing treatment packages, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibility:
1. Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
2. Develop and implement spa promotions and marketing strategies to drive business growth
3. Monitor and maintain spa facilities, equipment, and inventory
4. Create treatment packages and pricing strategies to attract and retain clients
5. Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints effectively
6. Oversee the financial performance of the spa, including budgeting and forecasting

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
4. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends
5. Familiarity with spa software and booking systems
6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
