Spa Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous and efficient Recreation - Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests visiting the spa, handling appointments, inquiries, and payments, as well as maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests entering the spa in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and changes efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist in promoting spa services, products, and special offers to guests

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
