Job Responsibility:
- Provide spa treatments such as massages, facials, body treatments, and other services within your qualifications.
- Consult with guests to understand their preferences, concerns, and treatment goals.
- Explain available treatments and recommend suitable options without making medical claims.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after each appointment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the spa.
- Keep accurate appointment and service records, following privacy requirements.
- Monitor product supplies and report maintenance or operational needs.
- Create a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant training or certification in spa therapy, massage therapy, or a related field.
- Experience providing spa treatments in a spa, hotel, salon, or wellness setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of treatment techniques, products, hygiene practices, and guest care.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to tailor services to guest preferences and follow safety guidelines.
- Professional, respectful, and discreet manner.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.

Proficiency in massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy
- Knowledge of spa treatments, skincare products, and body therapies
- Ability to assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and treatment-room safety standards
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain treatment benefits
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments safely and effectively
- Relevant spa therapy certification or vocational training
