Credit Supervisor

Summary:
The Credit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the credit management process within the organization to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and minimize credit risk.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise a team of credit specialists and collectors to ensure effective credit management and timely collections.
- Review and analyze credit applications to determine credit worthiness.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate credit risk.
- Monitor outstanding balances and aging reports to prioritize collections efforts.
- Communicate with customers to resolve credit issues and negotiate payment plans.
- Prepare regular reports on credit performance and collections activities for management review.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline credit processes and improve cash flow.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of credit principles, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and MS Excel.
