Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train new staff members on housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Schedule staff shifts and assign duties.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality management is a plus.
