Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and organized according to company standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry staff, and public area cleaners.
2. Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
3. Coordinate with maintenance department for any repairs or maintenance needed in guest rooms or public areas.
4. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
5. Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services.
6. Create schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure full coverage and efficient allocation of resources.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification will be a plus.
