Job Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage the housekeeping staff in our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards are met.
Job Responsibility:
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and special requests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of housekeeping processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
