Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, and managing the housekeeping operations efficiently.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure they are properly trained and motivated
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating housekeeping staff

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification will be a plus
