Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee a team of housekeepers and ensure cleanliness and tidiness within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cleaning schedules, training staff, and inspecting rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Handle any guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
