Housekeeping Supervisor

Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee a team of housekeepers and ensure that cleanliness and order are maintained in our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating employee schedules, training new staff, and inspecting rooms to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Train and supervise housekeeping staff.
2. Develop and implement cleaning schedules.
3. Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness.
4. Order and maintain cleaning supplies.
5. Monitor inventory and submit reports on expenses.
6. Address customer complaints and special requests.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
